We are the authorised agent for Kadant UK and Kadant Nordic AB, Sweden, both of whom are global leaders in Doctoring, Cleaning and Filtration Systems for primary usage in paper machines and paper making process, for Malaysia and *Singapore. *For processes outside paper industry.
Kadant UK is primarily involved in the manufacture of Doctor blades, Doctoring (holders) systems, Fabric & Roll cleaning systems, Shower systems, Filters and Filtration systems mainly for Paper Mills as well as non-paper manufacturers such as aluminium & steel producers, foil & sheet printers, carbon & polymer fibre production plants and food production plants.
Kadant UK manufactures all their doctor blades in house as well as have extensive research and test facilities. They produce a comprehensive range of blades using the latest materials specifically for remedying various doctoring problems and catering to different applications.
Kadant Nordic AB, Sweden, is by far most well known as the original supplier of the
M-clean system which is a modular inline cleaning system for fabrics, belts, and rolls in process
Industries, especially for installation in paper machines running with recycled (waste) paper
furnish. This equipment is renowned for its ability to effectively clean dryer fabrics operating in the most demanding applications in paper machines.
The modular design provides flexibility allowing all new equipment or a combination of new and existing equipment. Key components, such as spray nozzles, are also interchangeable to fit the application. The three customizable M-clean systems available are the M-clean PRO, M-clean ULTRA, and M-clean BRUSH.
Kadant has already achieved a sales milestone with 1,000 M-clean systems sold worldwide since 2019.
M-clean Papertech AB, Sweden, was acquired by Kadant Inc. in 2011 for its patented technology, predominately in dryer screen cleaning in the paper and pulp industry, and has since been renamed Kadant Nordic AB, Sweden.

We are the emco business partner and authorised distributor for emco range of paper testing instruments and hand held measuring devices for Singapore and Malaysia (note :- other markets to be confirmed and upon request)
Especially popular is the emco AP 500-M2/6/Solution range of moisture meters and systems which are digital hand-held measuring devices for fast and mobile absolute moisture determination in stacks and bales of recovered (waste) paper, without the daunting task of drilling holes into the normally densely pressed bales.
Emco is also well known to supply emco DPM Dynamic Penetration measurement instruments and systems, based on innovative, absolute, calibrated ultrasonic transmission measurement methodology, for analysis of process relevant characteristics of paper, board and other hygroscopic materials.

We are the agent for paper machine service specialist, PM-PRO Co., Ltd., Thailand, for provision of primarily onsite headbox services (headbox reconditioning, overhaul and non-stick polymer coating) and onsite alignment services (for purpose to improve runnability, paper profile and functionability) for paper and board machines for mainly Malaysia.
Other markets, outside Thailand and Malaysia, are upon request and to be confirmed.
Other maintenance and upgrading services for paper and board machines can be provided too.
PM-PRO is the dominant service provider for headbox overhaul, alignment and other specialised services for paper machines in Thailand and has also been contracted for same services in many Asian countries.
